Rewards: Terms and Conditions


Referral Reward Program: “We’d like to give you some credit”
 
Participation in this program is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
  1. The promoter is Roseprint Pty Ltd t/as LJ Hooker Glenrochy of 402 Main Rd. Glenorchy TAS 7010.
  2. Employees of the promoter are inelegible.
  3. The promoter can cease the program at any time without notice.
  4. To be eligible, individuals must contact the promoter and/or an employee of the promoter with the name and contact details of the person/s they wish to refer prior to the appraisla being conducted and/or the signing of an Exclusive Agency Agreement with the promoter.
  5. If you refer more than one person, but these individuals are tenants in common or joint tenants in the same property, this is deemed as one referral and thereby entitles the referrer to one prize only.
  6. Should you refer a client who has already been referred to us, you will be notified as such and will not be eligible for payment for this referral.
  7. The referred person/s must exclusively list and sell their property through LJ Hooker Glenrochy.
  8. The referred person/s must not have contacted LJ Hooker Glenorchy independently of the referral.
  9. When the transaction is successfully completed you will be rewarded by way of a $500 pre-paid VISA card, delivered within 10 working days of settlement.
  10. You may refer as many clients as you wish and be rewarded for each successful transaction arising from each referal.
  11. If a referred client transacts multiple property sales through LJ Hooker Glenorchy the referrer will be rewarded for all successful transactions.
  12. This offer is not available for Landlord or rental referrals.
  13. The promoter holds no liability for any person not receiving notification of changes to this program.
  14. Any ancillary costs with using the VISA card are not included. Any unused balance on the card will not be awarded in cash. Redemption of the card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.
  15. In complete or indecipherable referrals will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the referrer the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the referrer.
  16. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or puports to limit, exclude or modify the stautory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws of Australia.
  18. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including Non-Excludable Guarantees, the promoter (including officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, spacial or consequential, arising in any way out of (a) the program (b) the collection of the prize (c) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control) (d) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference (e) any referral that is lost damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond reasonable control of the promoter (f) any tax liability incurred by a referrer or (g) use of the prize.

Past Buyers Reward Program: “$1000 Gift Voucher”


Participation in this program is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
  1. The promoter is Roseprint Pty Ltd t/as LJ Hooker Glenrochy of 402 Main Rd. Glenorchy TAS 7010.
  2. Employees of the promoter are inelegible.
  3. The program will be available to all past buyers of LJ Hooker Glenorchy while LJ Hooker Glenorchy is owned solely by Roseprint Pty Ltd.
  4. Past buyers will be contacted by the promoter and will receive a printed paper Gift Voucher with a unique number which identifies the recipient and the property.
  5. Where the property was purchased by more than one person as tenants in common or joint tenants, only one voucher will be provided.
  6. The provision of the voucher is at the absolute discretion of the promoter.
  7. The Voucher is only valid/activated when the recpient enters into a sole agency agreement to sell their property through LJ Hooker Glenorchy.
  8. The Voucher entitles the presenter to $1000 value  to be taken either in payment of Marketing costs associated with their sale or as a deduction of commission at settlement.
  9. The value of the voucher can be divided between Marketing Costs and Commission at the vendors discretion, but this split must be made known to the sales consultant at the time of entering into the sole agency agreement.
  10. The promoter holds no liability for any person not receiving notification of changes to this program.
